Hold a meeting with production and engineer team to discuss available plan.

If customer have sample reference, suggest customer to send us direcly. After receive the sample, sample will get testing.

Technical drawing 2D,3D and explosion drawing will be proceeded and sent back according to customer's requirement after all the testing and inspection for confirmation.
If no any sample reference, we will proceeded and sent back technical drawing 2D,3D and explosion drawing after the discussion with customer.
- Step 5
Keep contact with customer via email，phone call or video conference,if they have any questions, suggestions or modification.
- Step 6
After the confirmation of all the information,3d mold will be made to confirm initially if the project or the product will involve new die sinking.
- Step 7
Water,pressure testing,and measurement after the 3D mold is finished and send back data to customer to review.
- Step 8
If informarion is confirmed and proceeded, quotation, relevant cost and the the requirement will be informed to customers. Sample order will be arranged onece all the process is proceeded.
